About Me

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Emily and I am a person-centered, queer affirming therapist in Fishers, Indiana.

I have been a therapist for 6 years and have found my passion in supporting clients through identity work, complex trauma, religious harm & de/reconstruction, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and more!

In between sessions you may find me biking with my dogs, getting my second caramel iced coffee for the day, doing some cozy coloring, or trying to keep up with my tiny urban farm.

My therapy approach

My Therapy Approach

Therapy can serve so many different functions depending on where you find yourself in life.

My hope is that therapy sessions can feel like a welcome relief from the week’s stress, a container that makes grief feel less overwhelming, a safe place to explore identity, and an hour that leaves you feeling empowered to live authentically and create positive change.

In sessions I will draw from a mix of different modalities including person-centered therapy, relational therapy, internal family systems, and intersectionality in order to provide well rounded therapeutic support that is specific to you.

I believe that each person holds inside themselves the potential for growth and that, sometimes, all we need to tap into that potential is a space where we feel totally affirmed and supported.
